Joanna Chang

Chang provides advice and guidance on investment risk matters relating to regulated entities. She also recently served as a technical adviser to the Australian Parliament’s House of Representatives Standing Committee on Economics. Prior to joining APRA, she held several roles within Westpac Institutional Bank across financial markets trading and corporate advisory areas. She is a member of the CFA Institute’s global education advisory committee, which provides oversight and guidance for the processes by which the CFA Institute develops its curricula for the CFA program and other courses. Chang has earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Macquarie University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds the Financial Risk Manager designation.
